Here's a recap on the Word yesterday from my leader Apostle Karen McNair...

Matthew 25:1-13 (Ten Virgins-5 Wise and 5 Foolish)

Topic: The Oil Makes a Difference

She pointed out the similarities of the Virgins

- They were all called, living holy

- They all got drowsy and fell asleep

- They all had the same access to the oil

- They all arose and trimmed their lamps

- They all went to meet the Bridegroom at midnight

Key Points:

#1- God is releasing the oil to set us apart, sanctifies and identifies those that He appointed.

#2- We are all required to carry enough oil in this season--extra oil will be needed to be resoaked.

#3- God will delay on purpose to see what we're going to do, it may be for you to press with the extra oil that He gave you.

#4- What we went through is because God is requiring us to use the extra oil He placed inside of us.

#5- You must answer the call or be left on the sidelines.

Scriptures on "The Importance of the Oil": Numbers 11:8; Psalms 92:10; Exodus 24:12

Revelation: The ten virgins all had the same opportunity in the beginning to receive the blessing at the arrival of the bridegroom, but reading Matthew 24:46;47 the separation first starts in the heart. The wickedness in their hearts changed their mindsets to delay their assignment because their mindsets changed to 'My master is delayed'. Many times we get impatience and switch up our heart posture. In Matthew 24:46 said "Blessed is the servant whom the master finds doing his job when He comes". Recently, we learned how to tell when we become too passive--one of the signs is that we drop our assignment that God gave us. That's what the 5 foolish virgins did.

In the earlier service Apostle Cassandra Owens key points was on Change, Consistency, and Capacity; during the preparations change began to separate them as well. The 5 wise virgins passion most likely grew and the 5 foolish passion died down. What came to mind about the consistency was the all the virgins fell asleep, consistency doesn't mean that you will never get tired but it is about getting back up with the same mindset to strive towards the assignment. Last, she talked about the capacity, once all of the virgins got up only 5 had the capacity to handle the assignment. These 5 wise still prepared well so that they will have enough to succeed.

My Apostle stated, The oil will always separate us. It's not about how we start, but its the finishing that we have to look forward to. Our extra oil is pulled during the times of hardship and temptation. PULL ON YOUR EXTRA OIL, THE OIL MAKES A DIFFERENCE!!!
